Title: Amend Appendix D (Track Charges) of NHTSA's Consumer Information Regulations on Uniform Tire Quality Grading 
Abstract: This rulemaking would amend at 49 CFR part 575.104 appendix D - User Fees, consumer information regulation on uniform tire quality grading by updating fees currently charged for use of traction skid pads at NHTSA´s San Angelo, TX facility and eliminating fee provisions for course monitoring tires, which are no longer supplied by NHTSA. This rulemaking would not change vehicle safety standards.
