Title: FMVSS No. 119, New Pneumatic Tires for Motor Vehicles With a GVWR of More Than 4536 kg. 
Abstract: This rulemaking would upgrade FMVSS No. 119 by increasing the stringency of the endurance test, adding a new high speed test, and requiring that the tire sidewall be labeled with the tire?s maximum speed rating for tires used on vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of over 4,536 kilograms (10,000 pounds).
