Title: ●Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Matters Incorporated by Reference 
Abstract: This rulemaking would make technical amendments to 49 CFR part 571 for the purposes of 1) consolidating the list of publications incorporated by reference; 2) including citations to the centralized list in the provisions referencing the incorporated publications; 3) removing three obsolete FMVSSs and removing obsolete provisions contained in other FMVSSs; 4) correcting several grammatical and textual errors.
