Title: Standard Reference Test Tire Change 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would replace the 14-inch standard (which will be discontinued in 2019) with a 16-inch tire for testing eight Federal motor vehicle safety standards (FMVSS) and two consumer regulations to the ASTM F 2493 course monitoring tire.
