Title: Seat Belts in Limousines 
Abstract:

This rulemaking is pursuant to a statutory provision in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to amend Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards to require occupant restraint systems at each designated seating position in limousines and minimizing the risk of failure by forces acting on the seats, attachment assemblies, and installations as a result of motor vehicle impact.
