Title: ●Amendments to FMVSS No. 127; Light Vehicle Automatic Emergency Braking 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would modify FMVSS No. 127; Light Vehicle Automatic Emergency Braking by extending the compliance lead time by two years so that manufacturers have more time to achieve challenging aspects of the standard. In addition, this proposal would include a temporary period beyond the revised compliance dates during which manufacturers would be afforded flexibility through the use of repeated trials to satisfy the performance requirements.
