Title: ●Technical Amendments to the Uniform Procedures for State Highway Safety Grant Programs 
Abstract:

This regulatory action makes limited technical amendments to NHTSA’s Uniform Guidelines for State Highway Safety Programs in order to ensure that the grant program is fully aligned with Executive Order 14148 (Initial Recission of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions), Executive Order 14173 (Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity), and Executive Order 14224 (Designating English as the Official Language of the United States).
