This rulemaking would amend Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 204, Steering Control Rearward Displacement- Passenger Cars, so that it no longer applies to vehicles that are certified to the frontal barrier crash protection requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 208, Occupant Crash Protection. |
