Title: ●Amending Bumper Standard 49 CFR part 581
Abstract:

This rulemaking seeks public comments on a potential regulatory action rule to exempt passenger vehicles equipped with Automated Emergency Breaking (AEB) sensors and Crash Avoidance Technologies (CAT) sensors from current bumper standard requirements of 49 CFR part 581.
