Title: ●Track Safety Standards; Continuous Welded Rail (CWR) 
Abstract: This rulemaking will refine the definition of Continuous Welded Rail (CWR), give procedures as to how a track owner updates his CWR plan on-file with FRA, define the requirements of an individual qualified to make repairs on CWR, require that a copy of the owner's CWR plan be kept at job sites where personnel install, inspect, or maintain CWR, and will add procedures for the inspection and proper maintenance of CWR.
