Title: Removing Stenciling Requirement for Tourist and Historic Equipment  
Abstract:

FRA proposes to remove stenciling requirements for railroad freight cars used exclusively for tourist, historic, excursion, educational, recreational, or private purposes and that are not interchanged.  This action would incorporate longstanding waivers and reduce future waiver requests.
