Title: Buy America Requirements; Amendment to Certification Procedures 
Abstract: This action would amend FTA's Buy America regulation, 49 CFR 661 in accordance with section 3020(b) of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century. Section 3020(b) allows a bidder on an FTA-funded contract to correct an incomplete certification or a certification of noncompliance with Buy America resulting from an inadvertent or clerical error.
