Abstract:

This rulemaking would amend 49 CFR part 611 to harmonize the CIG program regulation with statutory requirements under the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (Pub. L. 114-94) and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Pub. L. 117-57) and FTA’s current practice and guidance.
