Title: ●Processing Applications and Licensing Deepwater Ports 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would establish procedures for processing deepwater port applications under the Deepwater Port Act of 1974, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1501 et seq.).  These procedures are currently set forth in 33 CFR part 148.  This rulemaking will effectuate more efficient processing of deepwater port applications consistent with Executive Order 14154, Unleashing American Energy.
