Title: Pipeline Safety: Periodic Updates of Regulatory References to Technical Standards and Miscellaneous Edits 
Abstract: This rulemaking is part of a periodic PHMSA initiative to revise and update pipeline safety regulations to improve clarity, ensure consistency and remove unnecessary requirements on the regulated pipeline community. The updates would enable pipeline operators to use current technology, materials and practices by incorporating and updating incorporation by reference materials. This rulemaking would also make minor editorial edits.
