Title: ●Hazardous Materials: Minor Editorial Corrections and Clarifications 
Abstract: This direct final rule is an annual rulemaking that will make minor editorial corrections and clarifications to the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR). This final rule would correct editorial errors and make minor regulatory clarifications to improve the clarity of certain provisions in the HMR. The intended effect of this rule is to enhance the accuracy and reduce misunderstandings of the regulations. The amendments contained in this rulemaking are non-substantive changes and do not impose any new requirements.
