Abstract:
In response to the President’s Executive Order 14172, Restoring Names That Honor American Greatness, PHMSA is taking rulemaking action to revise the pipeline safety regulations to replace the phrase "Gulf of Mexico" with "Gulf of America". The rulemaking is important to ensure uniformity across Federal regulations and to avoid unnecessary confusion. |
