Title: ●Pipeline Safety: Mandatory Regulatory Reviews to Unleash American Energy and Improve Government Efficiency 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would be a vehicle for obtaining stakeholder feedback on (1) provisions of the Pipeline Safety Regulations that impose undue burdens on domestic energy resources, that conflict with applicable law or policy, or that lack an adequate cost-benefit justification; (2) appropriate action to repeal or amend any such provisions; and (3) codification of requirements in the Pipeline Safety Regulations to conduct subsequent regulatory reviews at a specified interval.
