Abstract:

This rulemaking intends to revise 49 CFR Part 191 to extend the deadline for submitting annual reports for operators of gas transmission pipelines, gas distribution pipelines, gas gathering pipelines, underground natural gas storage facilities, and liquefied natural gas facilities (hereafter gas pipeline operators).
