Title: ●Pipeline Safety: Integration of Innovative Remote Sensing Technologies for Right-of-Way Patrols on Gas and Hazardous Liquid Pipelines 
Abstract:

This rulemaking intends to revise 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 to explicitly state that pipeline right-of-way patrols may be carried out with unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and satellites in addition to historically recognized means such as walking, driving, and flying the right-of-way.
