Title: ●Pipeline Safety: Clarifying Recordkeeping Requirements for Testing in MAOP Reconfirmation Regulation 
Abstract:

This rulemaking clarifies that certain recently adopted recordkeeping requirements for pressure testing do not apply retroactively when determining the applicability of the requirements for reconfirming the maximum allowable operating pressure of certain gas transmission lines.
