Abstract:
This rulemaking proposes to adopt a special permit into the hazardous materials regulations to streamline the transportation of small refrigerating machines that contain limited quantities of certain flammable gases, including common household appliances such as refrigerators, window-mounted air-conditioning units, and dehumidifiers. |
