Abstract:
In this rulemaking, PHMSA would amend the hazardous materials regulations to provide regulatory relief for the last mile delivery of retail products that meet the definition of a hazardous material. In addition, PHMSA would create a new definition for last mile delivery and revise the current definition of materials of trade to provide regulatory clarity for these types of shipments. |
