In this decision, the Board revised, corrected, and updated its existing regulations in 49 CFR ch. X . Some of these revisions are necessitated by changes made by the Surface Transportation Board Reauthorization Act of 2015, Pub. L. No. 114-110, 129 Stat. 2228 (2015) (STB Reauthorization Act).
