Title: Congregate Housing Services Program--Streamlining (FR-4033) 
Abstract: This rule amends HUD's regulations for the Congregate Housing Services Program (CHSP). In an effort to comply with the President's regulatory reform initiatives, this rule will streamline the CHSP regulations by eliminating provisions that are redundant of statutes or are otherwise unnecessary. This rule will make the CHSP regulations clearer and more concise.
