Title: Amendment to HUD Acquisition Regulation HUDAR (FR-5814) 
Abstract:

This final rule amends the HUDAR (HUD’s section of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, or FAR) to implement miscellaneous changes. These changes include a designation of Source Selection Authorities, limited delegation of Head of Contracting Activity authorities, incorporation of the HUDAR Matrix, addition of new clauses, certain administrative corrections, and incorporation of alternates to various clauses to allow for electronic invoicing. The rule also makes some administrative corrections, such as use of specific HUD forms for certain purposes.
