Title: HUD's Implementation of OMB's Guidance for Grants and Agreements (FR-6266) 
Abstract:

This rule would amend HUD’s regulations governing Federal financial assistance to conform with recent changes to federal-wide regulations updated at 2 CFR parts 25 and 200. The rule updates cross-references and changes data elements and performance and risk management to better align with governmentwide standards.
