| Title: ●Eliminating Unnecessary Meetings and Consultations Requirements for HUD Grantees and Recipients (FR-6611) | |
|
Abstract:
This rule would rescind or revise HUD regulations requiring grantees and other program participants to conduct public hearings or consultations, limiting those requirements to what is minimally required by statute. The rule would provide greater flexibility across HUD programs and grants by allowing grantees and other program participants to determine how and when to conduct public hearings and similar meetings or consultations. |
