Title: Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards (FR-5221) 
Abstract: This final rule will amend the Federal Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards by adopting recommendations made to HUD by the Manufactured Housing Consensus Committee (MHCC). The MHCC has prepared and submitted to HUD its second group of recommendations to improve various aspects of the Construction and Safety Standards, such as fire safety, body and frame requirements, plumbing, and electrical systems. HUD has reviewed the proposals and has revised them.
