Title: ●Updating Fair Housing Complaint Processing Requirements (FR-6573) 
Abstract:

This Direct Final Rule will update HUD’s current regulations to promote efficiency in the Department’s processing of complaints regarding potential fair housing violations. The rule will address conciliation and investigation procedures, cause determinations, complaint submission requirements, and the referral of complaints to FHAP agencies.
