Title: ●Combating Discriminatory Housing Practices that perpetuate illegal segregation (FR-6596) 
Abstract:

This proposed rule clarifies that under the Fair Housing Act, neither municipalities nor private actors may engage in activities that perpetuate segregation, including through policies and practices that aim to achieve anti-displacement objectives based on protected characteristics and that have a discriminatory segregative effect. The rule will provide examples of prohibited conduct.
