Abstract:
This proposal seeks to clarify the prohibitions of the Fair Housing Act with respect to discrimination in residential real estate-related transactions, including, for example, setting the proper scope for redlining and appraisal-bias enforcement activities. The rule will provide examples of prohibited and permitted conduct. |
