Abstract:

On May 7, 2024, HUD published a final rule Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016-Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project-Based Voucher Implementation; Additional Streamlining Changes” (89 FR 38224). In reviewing that rule, HUD discovered minor errors and provisions that would benefit from clarification. This rule corrects technical errors, updates references, and makes clarifying amendments.
