Title: Minority and Women Inclusion 
Abstract: This regulation sets forth FHFA's program and policy to promote non-discrimination, diversity, and inclusion of women and minorities in its own activities. It also establishes FHFA's framework for regulating diversity in the business and activities of the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, and the Federal Home Loan Banks (Regulated Entities).
