Title: Corporate Governance of Regulated Entities 
Abstract:

This rule merges certain former OFHEO and Finance Board regulations relating to corporate governance of the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), and the Federal Home Loan Banks, respectively, into a single new regulation at 12 CFR part 1239. As part of the merging of the former regulations, certain portions of the regulations were deleted, amended, or combined as appropriate. The rule also relocates 12 CFR part 914, relating to regulatory reports, to part 1239. The new regulation supersedes the former FHFB (parts 917 and 914) and OFHEO (part 1710) regulations, which were removed in their entirety.
