Title: Golden Parachute Payments Amendments 
Abstract:

The Golden Parachute Payments Regulation is to be amended in order to address its treatment of nondiscriminatory severance plans. The regulatory definition of "nondiscriminatory" does not operate to allow any severance plans of those regulated entities that are subject to the rule to make use of an exemption from the definition of "golden parachute payment" for nondiscriminatory severance plans. Other amendments may be made at the same time.
