| Title: Suspended Counterparty Program Amendment | |
|
Abstract:
The reproposed rule is withdrawn and a new proposed rule amendment will be published. The new proposed rule would amend the Suspended Counterparty Program regulation (12 CFR part 1227) to clarify that, consistent with the revised examination guidance of federal banking regulators, the scope of the definition of "covered misconduct” does not include "reputational risk.” |
