Title: ●Fair Lending, Fair Housing, and Equitable Housing Finance Plan | |
Abstract:
The Fair Housing Act provides that agencies with supervisory or regulatory authority over financial institutions shall administer their programs and activities in a manner affirmatively furthering the purposes of the Fair Housing Act. The rule would codify in regulation FHFA practices with respect to Enterprise fair lending oversight and equitable housing finance plans, and would establish other requirements to further its oversight of its regulated entities and ensure they provide sustainable housing opportunities for all Americans. |
