Title: Resolution Planning Amendments–Readiness Planning 
Abstract:

The proposed rule is withdrawn.  The proposed rule would have amended the Enterprise Resolution Planning regulation, 12 CFR part 1242, to reframe the regulation to focus on the Federal National Mortgage Association and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (together, the Enterprises) readiness for resolution, reduce administrative burden on the Enterprises and FHFA, maintain the key functions they provide to the market without causing financial instability, and better reflect the Enterprises’ current status in conservatorship.
