Title: Federal Home Loan Bank Community Support Requirements Amendment 
Abstract:

The proposed rule would amend the existing Community Support Requirements regulations (12 CFR part 1290) section 1290.5(e) to allow members prohibited from accessing long-term advances to participate in the Affordable Housing Program and Community Investment Cash Advance program, as a result of internal regulatory review.
