Title: Federal Home Loan Bank Consolidated Mission Planning and Reporting Requirements 
Abstract:

The proposed rule is withdrawn.  The proposed rule would have consolidated mission-related planning and reporting requirements for the Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLBanks) to improve the integration of mission-related activities within each FHLBank, align the timelines of existing mission-related planning and reporting requirements, and provide greater transparency about the FHLBanks’ mission-related activities.  The proposed rule may have amended certain planning and reporting requirements, for example, the FHLBanks’ Strategic Business Plans (12 CFR part 1239), Targeted Community Lending Plans (12 CFR parts 1290 and 1291), Affordable Housing Program Implementation Plans (12 CFR part 1291), Equitable Housing Reports (regulation published in the Federal Register on May 16, 2024 at 89 FR 42768 and scheduled for incorporation in 12 CFR part 1293, effective February 15, 2026), and annual Community Support Notices to Members of the Federal Home Loan Banks (12 CFR part 1290).
