Abstract:

The final rule would make a technical amendment to the existing Rules of Practice and Procedure regulations (12 CFR part 1209) that set forth the rules of practice and procedure for hearings on the record in administrative enforcement proceedings in accordance with Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992, as amended.
