Title: ●Repeal of Minority and Women Inclusion Regulations (12 CFR part 1223) 
Abstract:

The proposed rule would repeal the existing Minority and Women Inclusion regulations (12 CFR part 1223) which set forth FHFA's program and policy to promote non-discrimination, diversity and inclusion of women and minorities in its own activities and establish FHFAs framework for regulating diversity in the business and activities of the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, and the Federal Home Loan Banks.
