Title: Advances Amendment 
Abstract:

The proposed rule would amend the existing Advances regulations (12 CFR part 1266) that governs advances made by the Federal Home Loan Banks. The amendment would replace references to Savings Association Insurance Fund” with Deposit Insurance Fund” to conform with changes in the statute.
