Abstract:

The Federal Housing Finance Agency intends to implement administrative changes to its Privacy Act Implementation regulations at 12 CFR part 1204. The proposed changes would include claiming Privacy Act exemption(s) for certain system of records in order to ensure the Agency can effectively carry out its statutory responsibilities while safeguarding sensitive information.
