Abstract:

This interim final rule will make technical corrections to a number of regulations, following internal review including review in accordance with FHFA’s Regulatory Review Plan, 77 FR 10351 (Feb. 22, 2012) and most recent Regulatory Review Notice, 88 FR 22929 (Apr. 14, 2024). EO 14168 is the reason for to the changes being made to 12 CFR 1209.
