| Abstract: NASA is amending 14 CFR part 1245 by adding a new subpart 2 "Claims for Patent and Copyright Infringement" to formalize existing procedures as a regulation. Accordingly, it has been determined that 14 CFR part 1245 should be amended by adding subpart 2 set forth guidelines as to what NASA considers necessary to file a claim for patent or copyright infringement, and they also provide for written notification to the claimant upon completion of an investigation by NASA. | |
