| Title: NASA FAR Supplement, Suspension of Payment for Fraud | |
| Abstract: This rule revises the NASA FAR Supplement, part 1832 to set forth agency procedures for suspension of payments for fraud. Inasmuch as the agency procedures impact contractors, the procedures are being promulgated through rule-making. FAR 32.006-1 sets forth the framework and statutory authority (10 U.S.C. 2307(i)(2) and 41 U.S.C. 255, as amended by the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994, Public Law 103-355.)
