Title: NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Handbook: Implement OMB Uniform Guidance 
Abstract: This rule revises the NASA Grant and Cooperative Regulations to implement OMB Uniform Guidance issued Dec. 26, 2013. It will delete or relocate regulations currently contained in the NASA Grant Handbook. Implementation of the OMB Guidance will serve to update, streamline, and reorganize existing regulations. NASA grant regulations will move from title 14 to title 2 of the CFR. The revisions to this rule are part of NASA's retrospective plan under Executive Order 13563, completed in August 2011.
