Title: Procedures for Disclosure of Records Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 
Abstract:

This rule proposes revisions to the Agency's regulations under the FOIA to update and streamline the language of several procedural provisions and to incorporate certain changes as a result of the amendments to the FOIA under the Open Government Act of 2007, Public Law 110-175, 121 Stat. 2524.
